Toronto FC Yet To Score a Goal

Toronto FC is experiencing growing pains. They are 0-4 and have yet to score a single goal. They’ve also given up the second most goals in the MLS—Real Salt Lake (0-2-3) has given up 11.

On Saturday, April 28, Toronto FC has their home debut against the Kansas City Wizards. Just over 20,000 soccer fans attended to watch a hard-fought match.

In the end, the Wizards were victorious—thanks to a goal by Eddie Johnson in the 81st minute.

Toronto FC plays the Chicago Fire this Saturday. The Fire are averaging one goal allowed per match. TFC has their work cut out for them.

The Chicago Fire (3-1-1) figures to be a huge favorite when the line goes up. I’d love to see a MLS prop on the TFC scoring their first goal Saturday.
